Got a POTS diagnosis the other day. And officially diagnosed with anxiety and put on Zoloft. 🙃 I made my first doctors appointment in 15hrs because I felt like crap 24/7 and everyone thought I was exaggerating. I was diagnosed at my 2nd visit. It wasn’t all in my head! 🙌🏼

I saw these at Kroger today and was so excited! Got home and I read the ingredients to see how they made the egg and cheese and instead saw it was ANIMAL PRODUCTS 🤢 I can’t believe @ImpossibleFoods has this in their food. I’m so disappointed and disgusted that I bought this.

I went to the doctor for the first time in like 15yrs. (I’ve been struggling with my heart rate increasing when I stand and I get super dizzy). She said I probably have anemia and did blood tests. Uhh… tests show not anemic. I’m thinking it’s POTS. How do they diagnosed POTS? 🫤

Bruh, eat meati’s vegan chicken and steak are literally SOOOOO GOOOOD. It’s made from mushroom roots. Texture and flavor is ON POINT. I have really bad texture issues (I can’t eat tofu because of it) and this was perfect for me. 🙌🏼

While you set off fireworks in a neighborhood this week .. I want you to imagine dogs like mine who are hiding in closets shaking in fear. Even the trazodone (a sedative) a vet gave us doesn’t work because she is SUPER TERRIFIED.

Jeep cleaning day. I can’t believe I’ve had this one almost a year now. Getting this hybrid was necessary, my old Jeep was so bad on gas. I fill up half a tank once a month. It’s great. 👍🏼 (Gas here is $3.35 right now. Not too horrible but when you only get 15-20mpg it adds up)
