As a CPA with over 50 yrs of IRS Tax Practice, I like to clarify the IRS/DOJ issue of ‘Statute-of-Limitations’ - According to IRC Sec. 6501(c) - Reg. 301.6501(c)-1) in the case of : “False/Fraudulent Return - Willful Attempt to Evade Tax or NO Return Filed” there is NO STATUTE OF LIMITATION- Court Proceedings MAY BE BEGUN AT ANY TIME !
