The simple version: Bootstrap doesn’t ask for your seed phrase or manually move your wallet. For assets you choose to place in a Bootstrap inheritance vault, the smart contract holds the rules. You keep checking in = nothing moves. You stay in control. If your Proof-of-Life timer expires and the continuity conditions are met, the assets can become claimable by the heir wallet you already selected. So basically: Deposit assets → choose heir → keep checking in → if you disappear, the contract handles the handoff.
