Been really struggling since my friend with BPD took her life. It was really triggering for me. I'm really frustrated with myself because I know that I have all the tools but I just feel so overwhelmed by emotion that I can't bring myself to use skills. Sigh.

Think I'm going to make an appointment with my psychiatrist to address the fact that I'm always fucking tired. Idk if she can do anything to help but you never know.

Therapy was good today. Thought I had a bpd ineffective week but my therapist helped me check the facts and helped bring me back to realizing that despite a lot of external circumstances and high emotions, I was able to handle myself very effectively and skillfully.
