My last group of door knockers from Charleston.

Murals in downtown Charleston.
10 years ago my wife suggested we buy a home in Chatham. My response was, “When pigs fly!” The next day I took a walk and saw a flying pig vane and thought, “Oh no, the universe is speaking to me!” This vane abuts a park in Charleston where Ellie (🐶) and I play every day. Oh no!
There’s just something fascinating about owls.
To those stuck in winter’s grip, bluer skies are coming.
In lieu of my typical Chatham “weather vane Wednesday” post, here are a couple more Charleston door knockers. Have a favorite?
Not what I’m used to, kind of shocking actually, but I like the colors.
I believe this is a kite. It was part of a raptor show in downtown Charleston.
She watches. No barking, no whining, no scratching. She just watches.
