@HEYMISSKAM I also don’t go anywhere farther than 20 mins away. I would say avoid your wreck site… but honestly forcing yourself to drive by might help your healing. I think it has mine.

@HEYMISSKAM I spent long enough time at home (6 ish months) without driving, doing anything, or seeing anyone that I couldn’t keep myself locked away, because that was driving me more insane than getting behind the wheel. Drive like an old lady if you have too!!

@thebiggestyee If ur underage drinking in my bar with an ID that doesn’t belong to you, and something happens to you after you leave my bar because you were drunk. Me as a bartender becomes liable for damages and I could get sued. My bar could get sued. I’m just protecting myself

anyone can love you when it’s easy. real love is someone loving you when it’s hard. it’s someone standing by your side through life’s ups and downs. it’s someone healing, evolving, & building with you. it’s someone choosing to take on the world with you every single day.

@NYMag @MatthewSchneier Yes and people who need Ozempic for actual medical reasons, like my wife, are being left out in the cold because a diabetic drug is being used as a miracle weight loss cure to the lazy and entitled.

ozempic is $1000 for a 30 day supply. there are people who are paying OUT OF POCKET for it because it helps them starve. this nation is sick. people who need ozempic to stay alive are waiting for back ordered meds because it’s “cool” for some ppl to starve

Ozempic, a diabetes miracle drug that has become an off-label appetite suppressant, is changing the definition of being thin — and what it takes to get there. @MatthewSchneier reports trib.al/2vLhvH2

i just think it’s funny that they keep calling ozempic a “miracle drug” as though thinness were a miraculous event

TW: Dieting A woman on Yaga is selling a half-used Ozempic pen because she has reached her goal weight. She WAS a size 10. Fuck literally everyone who is doing this and fuck every doctor selling it to them.

@thefabledfoxart You’re so welcome. There are much better terms to be used for the process I described above, I just don’t know enough about it! Maybe reach out to other book illustrators if possible & see what they did. Good luck! Super exciting 🤩
