How often do you guys replay games? I honestly don’t replay them even if they’re my favorite. I just have too much on my backlog I sometimes feel guilty replaying a game when I could just be playing a game that’s been on my shelves for years lol 😅
@brandenjohnson The Atelier Ryza Trilogy is totally worth playing... I spent 60+ hours in each of them, and the 3rd game especially just has so much content
@brandenjohnson In all seriousness, you can absolutely skip Yakuza 1-6 and jump straight to 7. The game has a whole new cast and is set up to welcome newcomers to the series. Life's too short to slog through 6 games you kind of want to play to get to the one you actually want to play.

@NBarillari33 @brandenjohnson I thunk DQT is a good case of "this game is good when you know what you're getting". If i remember correctly, it started out as a monsters game but changed it in the end so could be why people were disappointed
@BpdBryan @brandenjohnson I think my favorite part was seeing what treasures I ended up with. Whenever I got one of my favorite characters from the games, I always got a nice dose of serotonin. Nothing too crazy but I think it was solid for what it was.
@brandenjohnson I think I put about 20-30 hours into DQ Treasures and it was fun! Felt a little overwhelmed to finish but it's a nice casual game I think. Also Yakuza is a big blind spot as well. Planning to start after I finish FF7 I think. The Tales of series is a big one for me too.
