I’m convinced every one of the “diets” is a money grab. And I’m convinced the food supply in the USA is actually dangerous. In the past two years I’ve travelled all over the world. 1. Good luck finding a gym. 2. The French aren’t eating Keto , Paleo etc. The Greeks aren’t eating the South Beach or Primal diets. The Italians aren’t on Adkins or Carnivore. 🤣 The wonderful people of Thailand consume plenty of rice , noodles , fried foods etc. The Swiss … They’ve never heard of any of these things. My Russian & Ukrainian friends are thin, fit and gobbling down Borscht, Stroganoff & dumplings. All of these “diets” are based on either exaggerations of fact or the twisting of studies. And there’s always an excuse for why it didn’t work for you. You weren’t perfect, you obviously cheated, you ate the wrong proteins, you had too much olive oil … - our store bought food supply is poison - we are lazy & not moving enough. - we eat too many calories.
@brandi_love Portion sizes in the US are insane...we want value and are greedy instead of just getting a reasonably necessary amount.
@brandi_love All Americans who have emigrated to the UK say our food is far superior due to less additives and chemicals. You do need to shop more often as a result butbits much better for you Many US products are actually banned here due to chemicals and sugar content
@brandi_love There is always time to exercise wherever one goes (walking, riding a bike, swimming, hiking, etc.) I used to pack a jump rope and still do occasionally. There is no excuse for not staying active. And yes all the "diets" are a money grab as are the quick weight loss scams.
@brandi_love Our FDA is allowing food companies to poison us. It’s not so much the food itself is causing it, it’s what they’re putting INSIDE or ON the food that is killing us.
@brandi_love 💯 Be active and eat more real food with natural ingredients.
@brandi_love Push ups are free as well . 400 a day for 33 years . They work .
