@VerizonSupport @TMobile @TMobile so far way better than @Verizon mobile. They didn’t cancel my order and then offer no solutions. Instead they offered to call me to troubleshoot if I had any issues (I didn’t).

@VerizonSupport It’s fine, you cancelled my order multiple times over multiple years and reps kept telling me it was coming. Others were confused on what was wrong. Time to move elsewhere. @TMobile ?

Hey @Verizon @VerizonSupport you lost a customer. You have the absolute f*cking worst customer service of any company in existence. I can’t even go into all the awfulness of the process of trying to switch from AT&T. A person willing to pay, w/ tons of patience

@VerizonSupport Ha. Nice work. Lots of “we’re sorry” but zero fixes. No one proactively helps customers. Just lots of reps waiting to say “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”.

@jugzyyt @afcstuff Bench is so depleted right now. Kiwior probably comes off Cedric isn’t the best option.

@EduardoHagn Think ESR, Viera, Trossard are all better options than Havertz right now

@justmeinbigd @mari_au_lait @jonimnewman Agree on the last point. There’s a whole life we don’t see in Kansas. And he had a breakthrough with his mom. Some people say she’s toxic, but I think she means well and had to deal with an impossible situation.
