@brianrmitchell4 All those folks who own two or more properties have to decide if they sell or pay the tax in capital gains. More supply of homes, lower prices and greater affordability for the rest. That's how I see it playing out. What's your gripe?
@brianrmitchell4 @K4C Taxes are not solutions they are empowerment of government and infringe on your freedom. As taxes approach 70% of income you no longer have control over your life and are totally dependent on government. TAX REBATES ARE CONTROL OF YOUR INCOME
