A part of the reason being a weak labor market is productivity gains from AI using cursor and such tools. I feel 30-40% more productive using these tools. Companies are hiring less and squeezing out more productivity.

It will be hard for a startup to be valued at more than a trillion dollars; the bigger companies will either poach your talent (OpenAI) or buy you out(cursor/scaleai), or be overthrown by superior technology.
