@MetroBank_Help your new banking portal doesn't export CSVs correctly and they're in a new format. This makes uploading my bank statements to FreeAgent a nightmare. Also you still haven't implemented Open Banking feed API. It is so hard to use your account now

@freeagent taking this downtime to sort out my banking feeds. Am I right in thinking you have neither Amex or Metrobank feeds for me to use?

@Se_Railway you should warn people when you're planning on running your trains on time! I've missed my train because of this

@Se_Railway how do you cancel routes but not put on extra trains. Explain that. Waterloo east to Mottingham. You don't care

@British_Airways Flight 2878 to London Gatwick. You didn't mention the reason for the delay, was it because the pilots and crew were watching the rugby? The timing is suspicious...

@Se_Railway I remember when you used to give out bottles of water at stations because it's cheaper than installing air con. So I'm guessing someone worked out it is cheaper still to not even do that

@All4 ffs your app on LG TV is so shit. Just stays black after an advert break and I have to back out and start again. It has no memory of where I got up to either. Been like this for years... Seriously

@mikemilleresq @virginmedia Odd, rewarding terrible service with more business. But yeah I looked into that last night, reliability is king for me but then I read the reviews on trust pilot and it didn't sound like the SLA was respected nor was there any reliability improvement 🤦

.@virginmedia one stop shop for disappointment. Faults means zero internet for a week. Waiting another week for an engineer. Complained but heard nothing. This is obviously a service level virgin are comfortable with
