I’ve run out of words to express the pain, heartbreak, and extreme disappointment I feel over the ceasing-less violence directed towards the LGBTQIA community daily. Maybe it ends with gunshots + the loss of life, but it starts with legislation, religious tyranny, and classrooms

A part of me thought I'd live with the heartache forever. I thought my breakup would be embedded into all my memories, my fiber. But through meditation, hypnosis, a ton of surrender, and letting go, I feel detached from it. It’s like, life is about me again. Me now. Not me, then.

For me, breathwork, meditation, and hypnosis helped me pick up the pieces of my broken heart. To find peace and truly let go. I became the observer transcended from a small, hurt child. She/I was simply reacting to her world. I forgave her. I screamed for her. I healed for her.

Realization: I was never going to be good enough for someone who didn’t truly want me. No matter how hard I tried to be perfect, stay lovely, and never raise my voice. If unconditional love is not a component of your relationship +, you must constantly prove yourself. Let it go…

Believe in your future. See it in your mind's eye + attract miracles to you. Embrace your body. Love yourself so profoundly it shows. Recognize pain, feel it, then let it go. Shake off the year + release into the summer. You deserve the sun on your face and peace in your ♥️.
