hey y’all i’ve been working out for like a week and i’ve been trying to burn like 200 calories minimum. just burned ab 500 in one workout which is about 800 total calories burned for today

okay but working out kinda fun. i just do 15 minute dance workouts and then listen to my favorite song a few times while running. and boom 30 minutes of activity
