it's so hard when you keep trying to improve yourself, yet you always find yourself sobbing in your room because of something you cannot understand. you feel like you're doing alright, but you also feel you're not and you frequently question yourself "am i really getting better?"
the betrayal i felt when all i did is treat them right and understand no matter what the situation is for them to have an audacity to ignore and hurt me constantly
just because i address something doesn't mean i'm trying to argue. i like to talk things out and i love clarity. we’re adults, so communicate
disappointed but not surprised has been my biggest mood
being an “understanding person” is the worst kind of thing. i repeat worst. you have to understand people’s situations, their problems, their traumas. but when it comes to you, you will scream alone. absolutely alone.
overthinking really does suck because it's either i say what's on my mind and mess everything up or i say nothing and i let it bother me on the inside
the way i detached myself from people is by far the scariest part about me because i can love you to death and never speak to you again
it's not about ego but once i feel ignored and unwanted, i distance myself no matter how close we are
that moment when you can feel the pain in your chest from seeing or hearing something that breaks your heart but you just stay quiet
my heart is so numb right now, i don't feel any emotions like i used too. i feel empty, i am not sad nor happy just emotionally exhausted and tired
i don’t get disappointed anymore, i just be like "aw it happened again, ok"
it sucks that you have to keep yourself busy to feel okay
i wish someone was afraid to lose me. i'm always scared of losing people that i love but i doubt anyone would fight to keep me in their life.
i immediately go silent when something upsets or hurts me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply withdraw and try to process my emotions in private. ++
