savebsnlalttc DoT is not respecting the autonomy of BSNL and assurance given by cabinet at the time of formation of BSNL. Occupation of the ALTTC asset of BSNL by DoT is unilateral. It will hamper the financial viability of BSNL. @PMOIndia @AshviniVaishnav @DoT_India
