Gemini Diffusion の速さをみてると、人間の処理の遅さがボトルネックになっている感がますます強まるな。生成速度に比べて生成物を解釈・レビューする速度が遅すぎる。Human-in-the-loop などとは言ってられず、Human-out-of-the-loop を目指すべき、ということに当然なる。

すでに十分騒がれている通り FramePack 素晴らしいな。 画像1枚のみから一貫した動きを作るという点では、（少なくとも自分のユースケースにおいて）ローカルマシンで簡単に生成できる FramePack が今まで使ってきた有料動画生成 AI サービスより良いというのがすごい。
そろそろ動画生成AIにおいて漸進的生成を頑張って試しても良さそう。また昔生成した動きを改善した例だが Kling Multi-Elements Swap

文化的な偏りがどうとかはともかく、ChatGPT画像生成のコンテンツポリシーによる検閲の仕組みがよく分からない。プロンプトや生成物を見ているのは当然として、例えばアニメでもこのようにヌード表現は出力できることがある。明らかにNGそうなものが1つでも通るのが気になる note.com/honeshabri/n/n…
ChatGPT 4o のネイティブ画像生成で一番星はてのちゃんの漫画を作らせてみた。 ChatGPT に解説させるまでオチの意味が分からなかったのだが、スパイダー（クローラー）とかけてるのか。はてのちゃんが AI ということを考えると結構高度なジョークなのでは
