The people of Berlin just voted in favour of seizing up to 200,000 homes from private real estate companies & transferring them into public ownership. Legends.

Est house prices will increase this year by 10%. So for a house at 300,000 last year, it will be 330,000 in December this year. A 30,000 increase in just 12 months! An entire deposit added on. How can any avg family buy a home? Need caps on house prices. rte.ie/news/business/…
