Hello @AxisBank and @AxisBankSupport it’s November already. What have you done to our loan? You charge interest in case of missed EMIs but who’s responsible now if the loan is not even migrated after 2.5 years? Should I claim compensation now? @RBI
The sheer amount of ads shown by @SonyLIV is just pathetic. 1. You see an ad first when you tune into a live game. 2. You see an ad when you switch streams. 3. Just saw 6 minutes of ads in a 18 minute highlight video. Disgusting experience.
@Bajaj_Finance You literally cut the call before I could even pick up. Please call me again.
I need to raise an official complaint regarding this matter, so @Bajaj_Finance please let me know the appropriate channels. I can share any other details via DM.
Just got a call from @Bajaj_Finance saying they were the Pune branch head and told me that my mother had an outstanding personal loan of around 3 lakhs since 18 months. Upon clarification it turns out the loan belongs to someone else with the exact same name as my mother. (1/3)
@Bajaj_Finance That is NOT my number or my mother’s number. I literally shared my number with you via DM and you are still calling some random number 😓
@Bajaj_Finance Have DM’ed you the required details
My question is, does @Bajaj_Finance even have any verification process in place? How is it possible that my mother’s number is linked to a random personal loan just because her name is the same as the borrower’s? How did the person even get my number? I need answers.
Without even verifying this, the person spoke in a completely rude and almost threatening manner. He realised the mistake only when the DOB on file was different. Even after this, he refused to share any kind of written confirmation. (2/3)

This is the “response” I have gotten from @AxisBankSupport about my query. They have completely dodged my question so I will ask again - you had mentioned in the “response“ that a face-to-face meeting will be arranged with the @AxisBank team. What happened to that?
Once again @AxisBank had just blatantly refused to migrate our loan. The team at @AxisBankSupport just keeps giving false assurances. You were supposed to arrange a face-to-face meeting with us. What happened to that? It’s been almost a month without any response. @RBI
The login page for @StarHealthIns must singlehandedly be the worst one ever. I have been trying to login since the last 15 minutes and some brilliant guy has coded an “Invalid mobile number” error message even though I am using my email address to log in.
@help_delhivery Shared the details via DM
We just had an @amazonIN order delivered via @delhivery and the delivery agent took a photo of my ID. Is this step required to accept deliveries? How do I know that my ID information is secure?
And FYI @UberIN_Support I am not cancelling the booking from my end and paying cancellation charges for rogue demands from your drivers.
Hello @Uber_India and @UberIN_Support your driver just called and demanded payment by Rs 25/km for my CAB booking. When I said I am not going and he can cancel the ride, he’s also not doing that. My booking is just stuck now with the driver not arriving. Help me out.

It’s almost halfway in June already and there is zero update from @AxisBank and @AxisBankSupport at all. Are you even going to migrate our loan?
Hello @Kotak_Life, My medical checkup for the Signature Term plan was conducted 2 days ago but has still not reflected under the proposal. I also haven’t received any of the test reports. Can you please look into it? I can share the proposal number via DM.
@BlueDartCares Have responded via DM, please help me out.
Hello @BlueDartCares and @BlueDart_ You guys just marked our package as delivered without ever attempting a delivery. Your customer care is not at all reachable or helpful. Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.
