@AshleyKSmalls Yep. I was a public defender in LA for years and met some federal defenders. They rarely go to trial (unlike us) b/c when the case is federal, they have all the receipts. They make a case before charging someone, unlike the local level. Basically- if it’s a fed case - u will lose

It’s interesting seeing people, now old enough to comment on society, who weren’t there in the beginning and before times. Uber/AirBnB was not always expensive. Amazon was not the only place to buy things. Ticketmaster was not The Hunger Games.
