🚨The decision to transfuse is critical—but Hb alone isn’t enough. In our recent study @PLOSONE, we tested if the SpO₂/FiO₂ (SF) ratio better predicts transfusion benefit. It does. 📈 In 17,000+ ICU episodes, patients with low SF saw most improvement. 🔗 duke.is/6/2ss6

Please don't charge income tax on the amount paid by employee to companies for buyout. It is loss to the employee. Paying tax on losses is unjust to employees. Consider for this and coming financial years. @nsitharamanoffc @DrBhagwatKarad @FinMinIndia #employee #buyout #tax

Worst service have been experiencing with Jio network for call and data for a long time in my area (Lat: 22.098, Long: 83.441) even after multiple complaints. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Network on the main road is shown in the picture. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @JioCare
