@StateFarm I wouldn’t abandon a 12 year relationship because I had to wait on hold. Do you have a lot of customers doing that? If so, maybe you have bigger problems than agents ghosting their clients when they are trying to buy insurance.
Well @StateFarm it’s been a fun 12 years, but it’s time for us to break up. It’s unfortunate that I can get a new policy easily with a competitor but as I am already a SF customer I can’t get a new policy issued using your website or phone support.
Where @Walgreens fails, Costco delivers. Lesser known fact, you do not need to be a Costco member to use the pharmacy to get your vaccinations. And if you have a problem, Costco has great customer service.
Epic Fail @Walgreens… just wow. Went to my “vaccination destination™️” to get a flu shot for a 4 year old only to be told they could only do them for 7+. You want to edit that misleading language on your site or hold your staff more accountable for bad service? Or maybe both?
