@suchnerve This is literally flying in the face of the First Amendment. These things in and of themselves are in no way indicators of violence any more than their inverse counterparts. This is a Constitutional end-around, and I hope the Supreme Court has a rare moment of guts to kill this.

This list could be plausibly applied to over half the population btw, and that’s lowballing it. The point is to make the criteria vague enough that there’s always at least one ready-made excuse for targeting whomever they want to target.
