@RaeHoffmanJager @dredwolf21 The above tweet is referring to PCR potentially staying positive for up to 3 months. Antigen tests (typical home rapid testing) is felt to correlate w infectivity and can be used to “clear” someone after infection!

@ebtapper @Filip_Knop @LancetGastroHep @Rob__Brierley This is interesting but I am hesitant to empirically start Liraglutide in same way I do colvesalam or cholestyramine. We don’t have access to SeHCAT testing for bile acid diarrhea confirmation… not sure how many are using that assay clinically
