I have seen SO MANY examples of best-selling fraudulent products in the health, beauty and home care space on Amazon. The seller names are alphabet soup. The ingredients list is obviously fake to anyone with formulation knowledge.

Almost every other country we have tried to expand to requires a local representative or heavy regulation for direct sales into that country. The US requires neither. This is why fake and dangerous products abound on Amazon and dropshipping stores. Time to end this.

Good points particularly on high tariffs for imported machinery used to manufacture. We bought USA made machinery before and it was TERRIBLE. Italians and Germans shine here. Lot of China made machinery is poor quality as well.

This is why tariffs won’t work as currently implemented. The overseas sellers don’t have to pay ANY local taxes. They can also lie and cheat on customs forms and under-declare product value with no consequences.
