I generally am not a fan of Kdramas but after watching When Life Gives you Tangerines, I think this is one, if not the best series I’ve seen so far.

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP here comes the deflection to your facebook chat that is totally useless and unhelpful. 😅

@PLDT_Cares sent u message that’s left unresponded since 14 Dec. is this page still being manned or monitored? Tried calling your hotline too and I must commend you for setting up an IVR that’s perfectly deflecting your callers away from your agents to limbo. What’s going on?

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP Hello @iamMVP need your help to follow up my refund. I think @PLDT_Cares have forgotten about it na. In Dec 24, they confirmed and advised processing is 15BD. It has been 19BD since then.

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP I knew @iamMVP would make a difference. Finally, a sensible response after millions of attempts. What proof of payment would you need? Isn’t the bill that I sent enough proof that I have overpaid, @PLDT_Cares?
