足りない部分 ハードスキルばかり意識して磨かなきゃと頭でっかちになってたけど、最終面接で本当に見られるのは「社会人としての姿勢」だと気づきをてました！ 協働する姿勢や誠実さ、どんだけやる気があるか ここが一番大事なんだと気づきました！ もちろん能力は磨き続けることが大切です！
