Literally my favorite game series of all time. The hours spent in this world with all of the different characters and stories. It deserves to see a new generation! #SaveMassEffect - Sign the Petition! c.org/SLT4dVcvgc

#SaveMassEffect - A Message from the founder. First, I want to say thank you. When I started this petition and created #SaveMassEffect, I had no idea how quickly the community would come together. What began as one fan refusing to quietly accept the loss of something that meant so much to so many has grown into a movement supported by tens of thousands of people around the world. And we’re only getting started. Mass Effect has never been just another video game franchise. For many of us, it represents years of unforgettable stories, characters, friendships, and choices. It’s a universe that inspired us, brought us together, and reminded us that even against impossible odds, our actions matter. That’s why this campaign exists. Our goal is simple: Give Mass Effect a future. We’re asking Electronic Arts to seriously consider two paths forward: 1. Commit to continuing Mass Effect’s development, with the resources, talent, and time necessary to deliver the experience this franchise deserves. 2. Explore licensing Mass Effect to a qualified development studio capable of carrying the franchise forward if EA no longer intends to develop it. We’re not demanding rushed development, unrealistic promises, or an immediate announcement of a new game. We’re asking EA to recognize that this franchise still matters and that its community deserves to be heard. I also want to make something very clear: This campaign is not against the developers, artists, writers, or employees of EA and BioWare. These are the people who helped create the universe we love. They deserve our respect and support. Our campaign will remain respectful, organized, and focused on constructive solutions. Where We Go From Here As the founder of #SaveMassEffect, I’m working to turn the incredible support we’ve received into an organized effort. Over the coming days, I’ll be focusing on expanding our outreach, connecting with gaming journalists and community creators, bringing volunteers into the campaign, and establishing a professional line of communication with EA. With N7 Day approaching on November 7, we have an opportunity to show just how much this universe still means to people around the world. Our next milestone is 100,000 signatures. But signatures alone aren’t the ultimate goal. Our goal is meaningful dialogue and a genuine opportunity to secure Mass Effect’s future. How You Can Help - Keep sharing the petition and using #SaveMassEffect. - Encourage fellow fans to participate respectfully. - Share what Mass Effect means to you and why you want to see its story continue. - Help spread the campaign beyond our existing communities. I’m currently organizing this effort independently, and I know I can’t do everything alone. As we grow, I’ll be looking for dedicated community members who want to help build something lasting. Finally, I want everyone supporting this campaign to remember something: We cannot guarantee that EA will change its plans. But we can make sure the community’s voice is impossible to overlook. Every signature represents someone who believes this universe is worth preserving. You have already shown me that I am far from alone in that belief. Thank you for standing with me. Thank you for standing with the developers who gave us this incredible universe. And thank you for refusing to let Mass Effect’s future go unquestioned. Our choices matter. Our voices matter. #SaveMassEffect — Joe Smith, #SaveMassEffect

Reminder: - EA cancelled the Single Player Dragon Age 4 in development from 2015-2017 - Pushed them to create a live service Dragon Age because of trend chasing. They considered multiplayer the future of gaming, "nobody plays single player games anymore" except then Jedi Fallen Order released with huge success and they pivoted again. - After 3 years of development on Live Service Age from 2018-2021, EA & Bioware decide to remove the Multiplayer component but instead of rebooting a second time they gave them 18 months to rip out all that live service work and have them make it a single player game AGAIN, at a significant disadvantage to meet expectations. - Six years of wasted development now, when a lot of the series veterans had been laid off or quit out of frustration with EA along with numerous management and staff changes. Among these names are David Gaider, Mike Laidlaw, and later before Veilguard's release Mary Kirby. Her departure was an abysmal sign for the future of DA before this next game had even released. - This resulted in the announcement of Dragon Age Dreadwolf in 2022, later renamed Veilguard which retained the scars of it's live service development when it released in 2024 and was never the true game Bioware would have given us if they hadn't been constantly fucked around. We could and should have had the intended Dragon Age 4 before 2020, instead it took almost a DECADE for the follow up. The worst things these companies do is trend chase something, with zero foresight on temporary trends. By the time you release that game public opinion has shifted. Rocksteady's Suicide Squad as a clear example of this too. Just let creative people make something they are passionate about and stop putting them in boxes. Let developers make something real by giving them time and resources to deliver something memorable with a clear goal, not a post mortem example like Anthem on how not to develop a game. EA has been fucking over Bioware basically since they acquired them. Issues with Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard aside as yes all three have their issues and you'll even have people going back to Mass Effect 3/DA2/Inquisition with issues as well; a lot of this comes from a long long period of EA pushing Bioware into a corner and then watching them be a punching bag for it. It also comes from internal schisms within Bioware where there was a strange Mass Effect vs Dragon Age rift and David Gaider said they may as well have been two different studios with how the culture was different, plus the writers getting fucked over at every turn. People taking the lowest hanging fruit possible and are gonna just say it was Veilguard, it was Anthem, it was Andromeda etc that sealed their fate when in actual reality it was a long list of issues going back 15+ years that led to the issues within those games in the first place.

Veilguard did not kill BioWare. Private equity killed BioWare. Money killed BioWare. Corporate greed killed BioWare. Shut the fuck up about wokeness and Veilguard for fuck’s sake. Holy shit

@AdemLuz Yall are dumb, and associate with the wrong crowd. If you dont feel like you can be yourself, in your relationship, without judgement from "friends" or 3rd parties, then maybe that isn't the relationship for you, or those arent the right friends for you

@MadMuffinz_ Starlight Jai Wolf

@assassinscreed "Requiescat in pace"

@lognacio The canon of the these characters is what you make it. My company colors are green and black, so all of the authored characters get green and black looks

@lognacio My hawk is on the left, my dude is on the right. Thought about making him hawk but im not digging the male hawk voice

just a reminder to those enjoying Star Wars Zero Company that you likely missed out on Midnight Suns, which is one of the best tactics RPGs out there give it a shot if you’re looking for something like Zero Company/X-Com

Ulf screwing both sides was honestly best case imo cause idk how I wouldve handled either way this could've gone😭😭

@SummonWizard66 @ClashofClans The deploy troops does not take housing space into account. It counts each troop you drop as 1. And i dont think wars count, like it doesn't for star bonus, etc.

As for the odyssey itself. It's not my favorite story in the medium. I think Nolan did a really good job adapting to a modern audience. But even then, I didnt get a super big emotional payoff. Still, its breathtaking from a cinematic stance. 7/10

After having to watch the odyssey twice to understand it 😬😅 It is visually striking both in imax 70mm, and regular 70mm. Movies like these are so fun, as love child's to the medium, especially the cinematic experience. A reason to love and appreciate going to the theaters.

@UnitedHayze Super dope 🙌

@TheTrueVanguard Of all things, this is what goes viral from my home town ☠️
