I had 9 hours of good sleep, I made myself coffee and avocado toast with a drizzle of hot honey. By all accounts I did everything right, so why am I so damn tired? I just wanna crawl back into bed and sleep another 10 hours

I was at work today and I had to read something off to maintainence over the phone, it was KG followed by some numbers and I panicked and went "K as in Kill" and followed it with "G as in God" and I had to take a moment after that
