@Hermesparcels I was due to receive a package on tuesday and got delayed. The tracking system says they were going to attempt the next working day, it has now been 3 working days later and nothing. I also tried your chat online and it does not work...

Todavía no obtengo ninguna respuesta.

@DreamWorlduk I have been trying to get through the phone as I need to change a flight due in 10 days. Dreamworld never even notified me about the cancellation and found out through other people making the same flight. Now I need to cancel or change ASAP but no one is responding.

@VFSGlobal is there any planning on when Mexico's offices (for UK visas) will be open again? Need to plan to get documentation ready as soon as possible.
