I've interviewed more people than any person ever should have in their lifetime. And what most fail to understand is: For talented individuals, It's not the company that approves of the candidate, it's the other way around. Talented people have options so they get to be picky. You treat talented people like this and all you'll end up with is bottom of the barrel employees.
@catalinmpit Lmao this would be hilarious. But seriously teach the ai candidate about your skills and goals, and we might have something that could match people well or atleast give you stats on your viability in the market and what you need to learn to become more viable.
