@Victoria_May89 Reality is newer & smaller content creators are screwed. The alternative platforms will face an up hill battle from here on in to keep the banks onside and that’s going to require bigger fees to do so For established models the impacts lessoned but for anyone new, much harder

@HoneyEvans0 @Max1milianPrice The peak days are over for online,the alternatives sites to survive will have to take bigger cuts in order to keep the banks onside. For someone established with a customer base it’s possible to weather the storm but for someone new starting out the hill upwards just got steeper

@HoneyEvans0 @Max1milianPrice he has got a point Onlyfans has called time on it because meeting mastercards T&Cs looks to be an up hill struggle and carries the risk of them not being met and you being turned off turning off because you’re unable to stringently monitor reams of content from creators

@LunaQuinn_LQ @beckymil1 True, best of luck but I feel SW’s are unwisely rushing money and time into alternatives that may not have much shelf life. Just be cautious Pocketstars seem to be talking about crypto, which looks more like desperation especially so if your outside the US.

@gloriousgemma Realistically they’ll have to ask for bigger cuts to monitor the content to satisfy the payment services. Onlyfans clearly felt they couldn’t do it with 20%.

@Grizzle_E_bear @verge Because they’re getting increasing pressure to regulate the content (underage content) It’s a choice of... 1) stick with the porn but risk getting cut off from the banks..bang goes your business completely 2)ditch the porn, stick with safe content and have some income stream

To cater to SFW content you’d need an app I suspect they’ll string sex workers along until October and drop you.
