TL;DR for #TOKEN2049 week: • Check 1-hr PM2.5 before going out, 24-hr PSI for planning • N95 outdoors, never indoors • Stay on the indoor track: MBS, malls, MRT • Cut outdoor cardio and rooftop parties • Hydrate Have a great week — just mind the air.

One more thing: staying for the F1 Singapore GP (Oct 9–11)? That's the opposite scenario — fully outdoors, Marina Bay street circuit, 3+ hours per session, same haze window. Watch the forecast before you commit.

Singapore's haze season is in full swing, and 25,000 people are flying in for #TOKEN2049 (Oct 7–8). Air quality slipped back into the Unhealthy band overnight. Here's what attendees actually need to know, from someone local. 🧵
