I have just lost my wedding ring - in Buxton Derbyshire - just after giving a talk this afternoon - dropped I think on St John’s rd - if anyone finds it I would be so grateful - it is an old gold ring with a cross on the face. V embarrassed + grateful for RTs.

Meet amazing Ann! She's 81 & has been attending our classes for 4 wks. When Ann started she was unable to to do the sit to stands but has been building her strength with some resistance band exercises. This week, she completed her first sit to stand & received a huge applause!
