@bt_uk Hi, I need to speak to someone about the SmartControls app. I have a Smart Baby Monitor and removal of the app removes all smart features. I called your customer services but they had no idea about the app, and told me it wasn’t their issue. Who can I speak to about this?

@bt_uk Hi! Thanks for sharing but I don’t need to read more about it, I need to speak to someone in complaints about it - I have a ‘smart’ baby monitor and it’s about to lose all ‘smart’ features. Can you give me an email address to try please?

@MartinSLewis We have a BT smart baby monitor which has an app as a key feature of the product. BT have just notified us that the app will stop working shortly, so we suddenly lose one of the main reasons we picked this product in the first place. Where do we stand with this?

@RossUKRFC @bt_uk In the same boat here, so poor to suddenly remove a key feature of the product! @RossUKRFC would you mind sharing the email you contacted? I’d like to complain also

@Uber_Support I’ve contacted support via the app several times about a refund I was promised for an incorrect order but I‘ve still not received it and now they aren’t replying. Can you help please?

What is it with shops confirming your order online, immediately taking your money and then turning round to say they’re actually out of stock 😩 First @Matalan, now @JohnLewisRetail @johnlewishelp - good thing I wasn’t ordering Christmas presents… oh wait…

@edfenergy We’ve moved house and have had the worst experience trying to get EDF to take over our supply and transfer over our previous tariff - 7 weeks and still waiting. I’ve sent a complaint email but no response within the promised ‘48 hours’. Can someone help?

@AldiUK Is there a date yet for when the small egg chair covers are going to be available? Been keeping an eye on the delayed special buy list but these have been TBC for ages!
