I started primary school at the age of 8 because of relocation. At 14, I gained admission into secondary school left at 19. I watched my mates gain admission into universities while I was still struggling to find my way. At 23, I finally gained admission into the university. Because of prolonged university strikes, I couldn't graduate until I was 28. After graduation, I watched others climb the corporate ladder while I waited for my own breakthrough. I did not marry until I was 35. My dream job finally came at 36. I ventured into business, failed repeatedly, lost money, started again, and kept pushing. My major business breakthrough didn't come until I was over 52. At 52, I relocated abroad with my family. And now, at 56, I am preparing to author my first book. Here is what life has taught me: Nobody is truly ahead of you, and you are not necessarily behind anyone. We are all running different races, on different tracks, with different starting points and different timelines. Good morning to you.

CONTENTMENT is not settling. It is the ability to enjoy what you have, where you are, while you're trusting GOD for whatever is lacking. To experience contentment: * Realise that you're already blessed. Regardless of what you "don't have" you have enough right now to be grateful. Gratitude attracts Increase. * Know that GOD is with you. Even if you're not faithful to Him, He's faithful to you. Do your best to give GOD your best but don't forget His promise to "be with you always". * Say where you're going. Your words are powerful. Life is waiting for instructions from your lips. So, speak your desire. You will have what you say (and work towards). * Maximise where you are till GOD opens doors. You can't curse where you are and expect it to be blessed. I don't care where you call 'home', GOD is there and if He's there anything is possible. BE CONTENT!

Few minutes before a person breathes their last, something happens that we rarely talk about. A Christian doctor wrote a book based on his many years of experience caring for people who were transitioning from this life. He shared that when some Christians were approaching death, they were remarkably calm, peaceful, and even smiling. Some became visibly excited. He shared the story of an elderly Christian woman who had battled asthma for many years. On her final day in the hospital, she told the doctor, “Jesus said He is coming for me today, at this time.” And exactly at that time, she passed away—smiling. The doctor also shared how God used him to lead some people to Christ just minutes before they transitioned. But one story deeply shocked me. A woman was rushed into the emergency room, and the doctors were desperately trying to save her life. At one point, her heart started beating again, but she suddenly shouted, “Fire! Fire! Help!” Then she died again. They managed to revive her three times, but unfortunately, they could not save her. The doctor desperately wanted to save both her life and her soul, but he couldn't. Then he shared the story of a Chinese man whom he tried to lead to Christ. The doctor knew the man did not have much time left, so he approached him and offered him the free gift of salvation. The man refused. A few hours later, something strange happened. The sick man suddenly began fighting as though he was doing karate in the hospital ward. 😳😂 He was fighting unseen beings. Nobody could hold him. He was knocking things down and fighting with a strength that seemed impossible for someone who was so sick. Where did that strength come from? The doctor believed he was witnessing a spiritual battle—that the man was seeing something in the spiritual realm that those around him could not see. Eventually, the man died. He died a tired man for sure. 😅 Why am I writing this? Because one day, you and I will breathe our last. Your world will shut down right in front of you. The question is: What will your experience be? Will you be peaceful, calm and full of joy? Or will you be fighting for your life? The greatest question is not how much money you have, how successful you become, how many followers you have, or what people think about you. Where will you spend eternity? The Bible says, “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” — Hebrews 9:27 Whoever you have chosen to serve in this life matters. If you belong to Jesus, you have the hope of eternal life with Him. But if you reject Him, you are rejecting the only One who can save your soul. Friends, life is spiritual. Heaven is real. Hell is real. Jesus is real. Eternity is real. You can make your choice now. Don't wait until your final breath. Choose Jesus while you still have the opportunity. Mbele ni kubaya sana bila Yesu. In 2015, I went to learn shoemaking. I had a teacher and several younger apprentices. I called them my “smaller ogas.” 😂 From day one, I told my teacher: “Don’t look at me like one big man. I came here to learn work. You are my Oga. Teach me.” Part of my training was following him to Mushin leather market to buy leather, soles and other materials. One day, while moving from shop to shop, we entered a store selling industrial shoe-sewing machines. My Oga looked at one of the machines and quickly walked away. I asked him, “Oga, how much is that machine?” He replied: “Ah! Those machines are for big people. I can never afford that kind of machine.” I said, “Okay.” But I took note of the shop. Two days later, I returned to that same market. I bought the machine. Not for myself. For my Oga. When it was delivered to him, the prayers that man and his mother prayed for me that evening—I will never forget them. I went there to learn from him, but I also had the opportunity to add something to his life. That experience taught me something: Never become too big to learn from people, and when God gives you the capacity, never become too big to lift the people who helped you grow. Your teacher today may not have everything you have. That does not make you greater than your teacher. Stay humble enough to learn. Become successful enough to give. And never forget the people who added something to your journey. ❤️🙏🏾

I have been looking at 2 kings 19,where King Hezekiah received a letter from the king of Assyria. It was full of threats, fear, and intimidation. Everything around him suggested that defeat was certain. But Hezekiah did something many of us forget to do. The Bible says, "Hezekiah received the letter from the messengers and read it. Then he went up to the temple of the Lord and spread it out before the Lord." 2 Kings 19:14 He did not argue with the letter. He did not let fear make the decision. He took the matter straight to God. And God answered! He sent a word through the prophet Isaiah, promising to defend Jerusalem. That very night, the angel of the Lord struck down 185,000 Assyrian soldiers. The same king who had threatened Hezekiah went back home in shame, and his reign ended in defeat. God fought the battle that Hezekiah could never have won on his own. Tonight, take your letter to the temple. Spread before God the report that has stolen your peace. The rejection. The unpaid bills. The doctor's report. The family battle. The delay. The burden you have carried in silence. Do not end this day holding what God is waiting to handle. Your victory may not begin with a strategy. It may begin with surrender. The letter is not the final word. Heaven is. The battle changed the moment Hezekiah entered the temple. Yours can change tonight. May the God who answered Hezekiah answer you before the sun rises. Declare it in faith: Heaven has the final word over my life!

Invest in yourself everyday. 1. Physically walk, lift fight train swim eat healthy. 2. Mentally read write learn observe study. 3. Spiritually pray meditate forgive show gratitude believe in God. No one cares about you as much as you do. Take care of yourself.

“Oh boy, dem promote you?” And my response was always: “If dem no promote you, you promote yourself nah.” 😂 I worked for over 14 years in the bank and was promoted only twice in 2010 and 2014. Looking back today, I thank God I wasn’t promoted more than necessary. Maybe too many promotions would have made me comfortable enough to forget my dream. 😅 Don’t get me wrong. Promotion is good. When you are promoted, you feel seen. You feel appreciated. You feel that all those late nights, extra responsibilities and years of hard work have finally been recognised. But what happens when you work extremely hard and the promotion doesn’t come? You watch other names appear on the list, but yours is missing. Do you become bitter? Do you stop giving your best? Do you allow somebody else’s decision to determine how you see yourself? That was something I refused to do. If you knew me during my banking years, you would know that I worked extremely hard. My work was visible even to senior management. Yet promotion would come and sometimes pass me by. So I developed a way of protecting my mind. I stopped building my happiness around promotion. Whenever I got home disappointed, I would paint, work on my business, or bring out my vision and remind myself: “Nduka, this is not your final destination.” Then I would smile. Because while I could not control whether the company promoted me, I could control whether I promoted my own life. So I kept developing myself. I kept painting. I kept building my business. I kept learning. I kept preparing for the future I could see. That became my own promotion. There is more than one ladder in life. Your employer has a ladder. Your business has a ladder. Your talent has a ladder. Your family has a ladder. Your personal development has a ladder. If one ladder seems slow, don't spend your whole life standing underneath it waiting for somebody to call your name. Keep climbing somewhere else too. Today, I look back at those years differently. Perhaps some of the promotions I didn't get were blessings in disguise. They kept me hungry. They kept me uncomfortable. They kept reminding me that I had another dream to pursue. So, yes, celebrate when they promote you. But when they don't, don't allow it to destroy your confidence. If dem no promote you, promote yourself. Build something. Learn something. Improve your craft. Start that business. Develop another source of income. Become so committed to your growth that whether your name appears on somebody's promotion list or not, your life is still moving forward. Sometimes the biggest promotion of your life will not come with a new job title. It will come when you finally become the person you once needed permission to become.

In 2005, I gave a neighbour a handmade card I made from my last money, it landed me a job in the bank in 2006. I gave a man a large painting for his birthday, he dashed me N18million to support the yoghurt business. I give plenty gifts to my staff, they are holding my business like their own. I gave my wife my all, now she brought me to the UK to enjoy life.🤭 GIVE. GIVE. GIVE.

WHEN YOUR FAITH IS TESTED, WHO WILL YOU BOW TO? It is easy to say, “I will never deny Jesus” when everything is going well. But what happens when your faith costs you something? When the job you desperately need requires you to compromise your convictions? When the relationship you want demands that you abandon your standards? When everyone around you is doing what is wrong, and you are the only one choosing righteousness? When obedience to God means losing opportunities, friends, money, recognition, or comfort? Who will you bow to? The devil once took Jesus to a high mountain and offered Him the kingdoms of the world in exchange for worship. Jesus had a choice. He could bow and receive the kingdoms immediately, or remain faithful to the Father. Jesus answered: “You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only you shall serve.” — Matthew 4:10 The temptation was not merely about receiving something. It was about who would receive His worship. And that is still the battle today. Sometimes Satan does not come to you looking frightening. Sometimes the temptation comes disguised as an opportunity. A promotion. Money. Fame. Influence. A relationship. A shortcut. A compromise. Something that looks good—but requires you to bow. Never forget this: Not every open door is from God. Some doors are invitations to compromise your convictions. Some opportunities will cost you your peace with God. Some rewards are too expensive because they require you to trade your obedience for temporary gain. When your faith is tested, may you remember who you belong to. Do not bow. Do not bow to pressure. Do not bow to popularity. Do not bow to money. Do not bow to fear. Do not bow to the opinions of people. Do not bow to temptation. Do not bow to the systems of this world. Bow only to God. Because whatever you gain by bowing to the wrong master will never be worth losing your soul. When your faith is tested, who will you bow to?

There is a side of the Christian journey many people are not prepared for… You begin to pray more seriously than ever before… You start fasting, seeking God, separating yourself from certain habits… You even give your life fully to Christ… And instead of things getting easier… it feels like everything begins to fight you. Doors that used to open easily start closing. Battles you never noticed before suddenly become intense. You even visit a prayer center expecting relief… but when you come back, the pressure increases. And deep within you, a question rises: “God… why now?” Let me tell you something most people won’t say clearly: This is where warfare begins. Before you got serious with God, you were not disrupting anything. You were not confronting systems. You were not breaking patterns. But the moment you decided to align your life with God, you made a declaration in the spirit: “I am no longer available for darkness.” And that decision… comes with a response. The Bible already warned us in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces. That means some battles are not about people… They are reactions from the spiritual realm to your growth, alignment, and awakening. Understand this deeply: The enemy does not waste time on what he already controls. He fights what is trying to escape. So when your prayer life becomes consistent… When your hunger for God increases… When you begin to say “no” to sin and “yes” to righteousness… You are no longer passive. You become a threat. And let’s talk about something many avoid… There are patterns, covenants, and altars—some ancient, some inherited—that may have had influence over your life or bloodline. When you come into Christ and begin to walk in light, you are not just changing your lifestyle… You are breaking agreements. And not every system lets go quietly. But listen carefully: Resistance is not a sign that you are losing. It is often proof that you are confronting something real. This is where many believers make a costly mistake… When things become hard, they withdraw. They reduce prayer. They become discouraged. They start thinking, “Maybe this path is not working…” But that is exactly what the enemy hopes for. Because the moment you stop pressing, you lose momentum. Hear this truth and let it settle in your spirit: When warfare increases, your response must be to intensify—not retreat. Pray more, not less. Seek God deeper, not casually. Stand stronger, not weaker. Because prayer is not just a religious activity… It is: A weapon A covering A system of alignment A way of enforcing heaven’s authority on earth Even Jesus walked this path. Right after His encounter and affirmation, He was led into a season of testing (see Matthew 4). So if your experience feels like: “I encountered God… and then everything became intense…” You are not strange. You are walking a pattern of spiritual growth. Let me encourage your heart: Do not interpret battles as God’s absence. Do not interpret pressure as punishment. Do not interpret resistance as failure. Sometimes, what you are experiencing is not destruction… It is construction. God is building: Your endurance Your discernment Your authority Your capacity to stand There are dimensions of victory you cannot step into casually. They require: Consistency Discipline Depth in prayer A strong foundation in the Word And never forget this: Darkness only reacts when light shows up. So if your life is provoking resistance, it means something in you is shining. This is not the time to go back. This is not the time to compromise. This is not the time to give up. This is the time to: Stay on your knees Stay in the Word
