The requirement for step therapy is troubling. Unlike meds for other common conditions like hypertension, there are not usually multiple equivalent choices for cancer therapy. See @ASCO statement: asco.org/about-asco/pre… #BidenCancerSummit

#340B legislation that calls for transparency is a good thing. Panel urges those who use the program appropriately to stand up and share best practices. It's better to use the program correctly than have it go away completely. #COA2018
