@johnvoelcker We have a 2019 Pacifica PHEV and about 80% of its nearly 50k miles are EV. Having an L2 charger at home helps.

@banovsky Edsel vs. pre-facelift Subaru Tribeca would be fun. 😀 I’m not sure I’m supposed to lol at these, but I enjoy them immensely, even if my wife thinks I’m weird for laughing at car pics.

@TheSmokingTire @HFoleyComedy I played the hornets in the Mercury Montego taillights story for a coworker that owns a Montego this morning 😂

@jessicaray0 I bet it looked cool though. I put them on my Q5 a few years ago because Philly potholes were eating low profile tires on my S6. I lost 1-2 mpg, but the mileage tradeoff wasn’t as bad as the noise and wet traction tradeoff.

@LoFlyt Full time wear or only for reading? I’m about six months younger than you, and I only use readers for very small stuff. I have a +0.75 prescription for distance too, but rarely use 🤓.

@SpeedSportLife Just right! Loved those 90s Pontiac wheels. I had a Grand Am so didn’t get the extra buttons, just the stupid side horn buttons.

@tyson_jominy My wife has a Pacifica Hybrid and also EVs too much. Just add almost any amount of additional gas and it goes back to EV mode.

@nsap @GMdudeinNA Except for the RHD swap and the airbag cover, my buddy did this to his SS. It’s sweet.

@SpeedSportLife @BBQBryan Our local Kia dealer has a Rivian R1T for $110k, no details on the spec (motors or battery), about 500 miles on the odometer. The listing notes a price reduction of $30k. Bargain!

@SpeedSportLife I don’t hate it. Body color wheels are kinda rad.

@jamesgsavage @BCBrownell I saw the car - it’s actually a 6000 STE dash, which further blows the mind.

@LoFlyt Civic availability was better in our area - 180 hp with turbo torque seemed like the sweet spot. 👍🏻

@LoFlyt And I don’t want to give a teenager a compact car with 276 horsepower.

@LoFlyt That’s an Elantra N in 🇺🇸, right? I considered an Elantra N-Line for my kid before settling on a Civic EX-L for my kid. The N is too much 💵 though.
