@SurveyMonkey I don't mean to be a smart-aleck. I just feel taken - we hardly used your service the first year, and have no need to use it this year (haven't used it since it was renewed), and we are a small business with a limited budget and feel taken advantage of.

@SurveyMonkey I heard back and they said, "Gotcha" (Ok, not in those words, they used euphemisms for that). It seems that you intentionally require an annual subscription for this very purpose. Prove me wrong.

@SurveyMonkey Nope - you renew annual contracts without regard for the customer. No integrity.

@SurveyMonkey What? That you are considered a "sneaky renewer". Even when we catch it quickly, you are like "tough luck sucker" - we have your money and a contract. Not a good way to build a long-term business.

@eleighbarrett ....All above advice is given without X-rays, and without knowing health history either. Those could change the answers

@eleighbarrett My 2nd dentist friend: Guarded to hopeless chance of restoring it even with a root canal. 95% condfident on this. Third picture may be restorable on the mechanical level, but not likely given the severe infection described. They all look like they're should come out.

@eleighbarrett I've asked two dentists - here is what the first said: 1) #19 Probably needs an extraction. 2) #19 MO filling, #20 DO filling, #30 Extraction. 3) #30 Extraction I'll let you know when I hear from the other - I'm guessing the advice will be the same.

@AskeBay I can't update our listing because our product can't be shipped international according to USPS. I don't want to ship it international - where can I adjust to make USPS and you happy and let me update my listing? I also can't get an email to set-up a support account...

@JimDeMint "Half as likely" of very likely is still pretty likely especially when you multiply by millions of kids and attach parents teachers and other members of the community to that equation.

@JimDeMint How many traumatized and orphaned children to you want to create as children bring COVID home to parents and grandparents? How many teachers do you want to kill? How many others do you want to kill with the new spread? How much more damage to the economy?
