@GST_Council @askGST_GoI Kindly clarify impact of recent notification 6/2022 Central Tax(rate) on taxability of wheat and wheat flours. Whether all packages of wheat flour, Semolina are in GST net or only retail packages smaller than 25kgs are taxable.

It is strange that no action has been taken by @NHAI_Official or Hon'ble Minister @nitin_gadkari on illegal toll collection near Basti Toll Plaza on Gorakhpur Ayodhya Stretch even after raising the matter to Vigilance Department at Head Office.

@nitin_gadkari @NHAI_Official राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 28 के अयोध्या -गोरखपुर खंड के बस्ती टोल प्लाजा के ऑपरेटर द्वारा बस्ती अंडरपास से बांसी रोड एवं बस्ती पॉलीटेकनिक चौराहे से बांसी रोड पर ट्रको से अवैध वसूली की जा रही है। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें ।

@fooddeptgoi यदि सरकार OMSS में गेहूँ बिक्री मूल्य कम करती है तो किसानों की आय दुगुनी करने का प्रधानमंत्रीजी का सपना समाप्त हो जाएगा।यदि सरकार ने 350 लाख टन गेंहू खरीदा है तो 650 लाख टन गेहूँ अभी भी किसान के पास है,यदि मूल्य कम किया गया तो किसानों को नुकसान होगा और आय बढ़ने के स्थान पर घटेगी

Rumours are doing rounds that Freight/Road Transport Charges will be waived throughout India on Wheat Sales under OMSS. If this happens, all Flour Mills in Uttar Pradesh,Punjab,Haryana & Bihar will have to close down their units.@irvpaswan @PMOIndia @CimGOI @MOFPI_GOI @UPGovt

Interaction with Industry by RA DGFT at Gorakhpur . Also discussed with DM for export srategy of Gorakhpur District. Concerns raised : 1 GST Refund 2. FTP benefits for exports in INR to Nepal. CBIC organising refund fortnight wef today. Benefits to INR exports will be examined.
