@ksm_wilson Actually I’ve come to the opposite conclusion based on the UK Fixed Parliament Act fiasco during Brexit. The dissolution power allows the prime minister to focus the parliament. If the voters don’t like the use, and we have plenty of examples, they turf it out
@mattgurney Choosing them now wouldn’t get them here any faster, and we’d lose the bargaining chips. There is no advantage now to committing to them immediately
