WTF @UberEats @eatinghouse1849 ? Last night in #Kauai - can’t get a reso so order take out. Wait 3+ hours only to have the order cancelled + too late to get anything else for dinner. So much for Aloha.

So much for “new seasoned fries” @kfc_canada You’d think if you were running a massive media campaign about how bad your fries used to be that stores wouldn’t still be sending out the old limpy ones.

Looking for a place to source #wine #bottles other than plain Bordeaux/burgundy shapes for home winemaking. I need 10 cases or so, wanting a fatter Syrah/Rhone style @SandraOldfield @KurtisKolt @nikkibayley any ideas?

@Sam_WineTeacher @SandraOldfield @KurtisKolt @nikkibayley I’m in Vancouver but my son’s in Kamloops and they are for his wedding. My zin is in carboys so holding until I can bottle it. As long as I have my carboys back for the fall I have plenty of time to get the right bottles.

@nikkibayley Thanks! It’s for my son’s wedding next summer (2024) - I’ve got 10 cases of red in the go this year and the whites to do this fall.

@nikkibayley @dawnchubai @yvrairport Just came back from HNL yesterday and they have a K9 at security who gives you a sniff and then nothing gets taken out to go through the scanner. Happened last time I was there in 2018 as well.

@jodyvance @DowntownCharles Winter tires doesn’t necessarily mean two sets, though. Lots of all weather/all season options that have the snowflake or M+S rating.

@jodyvance @keithbaldrey @TheOrcaBC @MacleanKay My lack of engineering expertise fully disclosed - but logic to me would be to punch north from highway 17 and connect to the bottom of Boundary through Tilbury with a couple of smaller crossings.

@BCFerries so now that you’ve cancelled the sailing I paid a reservation fee for and have me in the standby line for the next one, I assume you’ll be refunding me the $17???
