@opodo there was no delay... the machine flew on that day..but my return leg ticket was cancelled by you. I need an explanation..please be transparent for once...

@chiberry2000 Hi Chioma, We hope you are well. Your refund was submitted to the airline. We regret the delay caused by the airline as refunds can only be actioned by them. As your travel agent, we will continue following up with the airline and keep you informed. Regards, ^BN

@opodo not true!...LH said Opodo asked for a refund and refund issued to Opodo on 8th June. Again my question is why was a refund asked by Opodo for a confirmed flight. Was was my flight cancelled without information to the passenger.Getting to the airport embrassed and stranded.

@opodoAlthough I had a valid booking and confirmed reservation, I was not able to perform an online Check in on the Lufthansa Website. When I called the Opodo customer service in UK (even a Prime member) , I was shockingly informed that I do not have a valid return ticket

@opodo 1. I am asking for the explanation of what happened to my return flight. How can a flight be confirmed and return leg canceled. Who cancelled the flight and why? 2. I am also asking for my refund and claim for the cost of adhoc KLM ticket paid out of pocket.

@opodo This is a scam, you cancel flight, get a refund, trade with my money and refund 4months.. I am not even ignoring the huge inconvenience, embrassment, emotional torture including financial impact and based on this.

@opodo I had called Opodo on multiple times to validate this ticket. And they confirmed the flight on each occassion. I have received no refund from opodo and Opodo claims no refund was received from lufthansa. I have to wait 120 days for an amount already refunded by LH

@opodo As such I made a booking with KLM and paid out of pocket for another flight (one way ticket) to Frankfurt Germany which cost almost 1000Euros. It was strange that the departure flight shows cancelled on my Opodo dashboard.

@opodo My return ticket was cancelled without my knowledge and this left me stranded at the Lagos Airport in Nigeria. On the 30th May, I travelled to Lagos Nigeria witha valid ticket and confirmed reservation and my return flight to Frankfurt Germany was on 30th June 2021.
