@TheSleepCo_ FOUR Rotational Lux Recliners, and ALL FOUR had manufacturing defects. @jagograhakjago @consaff Four recliners. Four manufacturing defects. Over a month of replacements, deliveries, pickups and follow-ups. I eventually received my refund, but there was no meaningful ownership or compensation for the time, expenses and mental stress caused. Sharing this so consumers know what my experience was.. A refund returns my money. It does NOT return my time, expenses or peace of mind. Sharing this so customers know what they may be dealing with before buying from @TheSleepCo_ .

Dear Pratik, Thank you for getting back to me and for escalating the matter. I appreciate the apology and the acknowledgement of my feedback. However, I would like to clarify that my concern is not simply about being “let down with the service rendered.” This was a food safety and hygiene incident. I found an extremely long strand of what appeared to be human hair embedded within the tortilla of the food I received from Harvest Salad Co. I have photographic evidence of this, along with the complete order documentation. I had already reported this to the restaurant and spoke directly with the manager, Vipul. I subsequently reported it to Swiggy as well. After all of this, I received only a partial refund of ₹275 and was initially informed that there was nothing further Swiggy could do. I therefore need clarity on the following: Has Swiggy formally escalated this incident to Harvest Salad Co. for investigation? What action has been taken with the restaurant regarding this food-safety complaint? Has the restaurant provided Swiggy with an explanation regarding how the foreign material could have ended up inside the tortilla? Why was only ₹275 refunded against an order value of ₹974? Will Swiggy reconsider the remaining refund and provide an appropriate resolution for the incident? I appreciate your statement that the feedback will help prevent similar incidents in the future, but I would also like to understand what has actually been done in response to this particular incident. I am not looking for a generic apology. I am asking for a documented response and appropriate resolution to a food-safety complaint. I would appreciate your response to the above points before I consider escalating the matter further through the appropriate food-safety and consumer grievance channels.
