I'm always at least a half hour early when I have to be somewhere. I have been doing this my whole life. If I am late or rushed it messes up my whole day and leaves me dysregulated.
The older I get, the more I realize being in a hurry is a terrible way to live your life.
My current dopamine fix is, "I'm Not Who I Was, by Velvet Collapse." Going to be playing it at least 10 times a day for the foreseeable future. Kthnx.

So I've been recently trying to do more cooking recently. So far I've made pasta salad twice, pulled pork, and now I'm trying overnight oats. My ADHD wants to try all the things but my autism is tired and wants to go back to eating buttered toast and bagels for every meal. 🥲
Happy to say that I've been recently incorporating my favourite colours into my wardrobe recently (green and purple.)
