Automation myths A thread ⬇️
Myth 4: set it and forget it. Good automation still needs a quick check now and then. It's less work, not zero work.
Myth 3: it makes your business feel robotic. Think about it. A customer who gets a text back in a minute feels taken care of. A customer who gets voicemail feels ignored.
Myth 2: you have to automate everything at once. No. Start with one leak. Maybe it's the call you miss while you're on a job. Fix that one first, then add the next.
Myth 1: automation replaces your people. It doesn't. It takes the busywork, like follow-ups, data entry and reminders, so your team can do the work only humans can do.
