@cityresearch @smarkreilly Is this a general policy or were the lots created as part of a development where they were able to negotiate the property taxes?
@cityresearch So what entity do we need to appeal to change? State? Local? Metro council? And how is changing it possible? An ordinance or can some entity just decide?
@cityresearch Have you or anyone ever checked a percentage of surface lots owned by out of town people/entities?
