I'm finding there is too much noise in the legislative process. Even with all of the AI in the world 1500+ bills are by definition incoherent. Bills appear easier expended than tweets, yet they have concrete ramifications. This is odd.

@senatorshoshana NY should mandate linking the content to the error reduction at each step. Then you can pull out the sources underlying a set of weights - training costs would explode - but you'd be able to assign the liability back to the original author

🚨🦾 Louisiana Workforce Bill HB 680 (Wyble) consolidates Louisiana's workforce development governance under Louisiana Works—granting the Governor authority to restructure local workforce areas into a single statewide region and letting the Workforce Investment Council absorb local board duties with federal approval. Worth watching if you track WIOA compliance or local board funding.
