Hands down most annoying thing I’ve encountered. When an internship/job posting asks you to import a resume THEN ASKS FOR THE SAME EXACT INFORMATION TYPED OUT

I’m so freaking tired of seeing everyone complain about commodity prices. We’re still making money, if we weren’t we wouldn’t be in business. Don’t keep all your eggs in one basket and diversify. Be a better marketer, be a better grower, be a better farmer.
