I remember calling a certain customer every one would know to get an updated CC number expecting to get a personal assistant or secretary and *he* answered. 👀 I almost felt guilt bothering him because I was so stunned! He was 💯 class though. #HeidiUnfiltered

I think the people that I genuinely admire the most are the people that are good judges of others and value people according to WHO they are and not “how much” they have. they tend to have the most wealth. #HeidiUnfiltered

In our top five of nicest customers is someone by all accounts we *shouldn’t even have contact with* because he’s so high up. That’s the thing, some of the people that have the most money are the most humble, respectful and kind people that we ever deal with. #HeidiUnfiltered

For example- once the Royal Indian family was visiting (I am unfamiliar with most Global royal families) and we had a strict code of behavior given to us. It was fine but a bit stressful too. #HeidiUnfiltered

We generally serve the wealthiest 1% of global population. It’s interesting. We’ve met and become friends with so many fascinating people but haven’t with others. There are MANY different types of wealthy people. #HeidiUnfiltered
